Mike joined the Think Insurance Solutions team in 2016. He has over thirty-five years’ experience in the General Insurance industry, working for some of the leading general insurers in Australia. Mike’s qualifications include a Diploma in Insurance Broking. Mike specialises in all facets of Business Insurance including risk management and advice. He strives to achieve comprehensive client understanding and provide quality ongoing client support.
Simon Thomas
Company Director
Simon is a Think Insurance Solutions Company Director. Simon founded the business in 1994 and continues to be involved in managing the business. As Company Director, Simon sets the strategic direction for Think Insurance Solutions. Simon prides himself on his strong relationships with both our clients and his professional team who have supported him on his business journey.
Joanne Thomas
Special Projects Manager
Joanne manages special projects for the Think Insurance Solutions team. She has been working in the industry since 1995 and has extensive knowledge and experience in customer service and business management. Joanne’s special projects role recognises and responds to the dynamic nature of the insurance industry. Joanne’s vision for the business is, and has always been, to provide the highest level of client care and attention.
Jade Rooke
General Insurance Consultant
Jade joined the Think Insurance Solutions team in 2015. Jade manages our Personal and Business Insurance enquiries and can assist our clients with all their general Insurance needs. She is accredited to deal in all general insurance products including a Tier 1 Broking qualification. Jade’s progression in the business has been driven by her desire to have increased client involvement, seeing the value in personalised client care.

Teah joined the Think Insurance Solutions team in 2021 and has been working in the Insurance Industry since 2014. Teah is highly motivated and prides herself on delivering personal and professional service to all our clients. Teah’s qualifications include Tier 1 Broking and she has experience dealing in a wide range of insurance products.

Lydia joined the Think Insurance Solutions team in 2023, bringing valuable customer service experience from her previous roles in retail and legal services. Lydia provides support to our General Insurance Consultants to ensure documents are issued promptly and meet the high standards our clients have come to expect.
